Craftsman / Farmhouse,
Rustic / Southwestern,
Ive been flipping houses for 25 years. Elizabeth designed both the kitchen and bath in a flip we just sold. Id say everyone who saw them was blown away. These rooms made the condo one of, if not the best in the association. One of the best parts for me was, the costs of said renovations. She stayed in budget and gave the property everything a buyer would want.Aug 1, 2018Review from Facebook

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Please see my website for more information. Staging Consultation: $250 per home up to 3000 SF Design Consultation: $350 per space/ grouping of spaces Full Service Design: $4/ square foot Floor Plans Only: $2/ square foot Contractor pricing available, weekend appointments available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have a chat or a site meeting before we set up any services or accepting your deposit. It's important that my design style matches what you're looking for and that we will be able to fit our schedules together. I like to send some ideas or ask for photos of dream designs first, then put together a few ideaboards and ask for feedback. From that information, we will go into the design development and I'll put together your design layout and finish options. If you've chosen conceptual design, you'll receive 2 design layout & 2 color/ material design options that you may keep and use as inspiration. For those who've signed up for a full-service design option, after the design development stage, we will get into the details of your design (cabinet interiors, accessories, finalizing dimensions and finish selections) over the course of a few meetings. At the end, I will provide you with documents that your contractor can work from, and options for ordering materials through me or to take home and shop around. Finally, I'll sit down with you and your contractor to review the final design documents, and help if needed with any delivery discrepancies or issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor of Architecture and am currently testing to become a Certified Interior Designer, I should be finished with this in the fall. I've been working in architecture and interior design for 6 years, with experience in designing over 1000 kitchens and bathrooms. Additionally, I've flipped several houses over the past few years, and have experience in whole-home renovations.
