- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a virtual 30 minute consultation to discuss your budget, wish list, and the scope of work. With that, we will generate a proposal for the design, installation, and timeline of your project. After accepting our proposal, we will work to develop a few design schemes we think will meet your wish list, within your budget, and present them to you in a virtual design review. If you have no idea about budgeting for this type of project, we will propose one for your approval, based on your wish list and the space. We will have a team member come on site to get detailed measurements and document existing conditions. Then in the following design reviews we will narrow down your design, and eventually do a handoff meeting with your project manager on site. We can provide contractors for you to work with, or you can use your own contractor. Typical deliverables include a design binder with all selected finishes and a copy of the scaled permitting documents. If you'd like to keep your costs down, we recommend working with us to order some or all of your materials, as this allows us to lower your design fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Architecture and am a Certified Interior Designer, licensed in MD. I've been working in architecture and interior design for 8 years, with experience in designing and managing installations of over 1000 kitchens and bathrooms. Additionally, I've flipped several houses over the past few years, and have experience in whole-home renovations.
