Milwar and his team did a great job. They replaced damaged floor transitions and installed flower boxes on my vinyl siding. They were efficient, answered all my questions and did a quality job for a very reasonable rate.

Details: 2 - 5 hours (A few different projects) • Repairs • Installation • Living room • Flooring • Molding or baseboards • Home

We hired Fransvl’s to replace a 20-year-old kitchen sink and faucet at my mom’s house, and they did an excellent job. I had already purchased the new fixtures from Home Depot, and they removed the old ones and installed the new sink and faucet quickly and professionally.
They also installed new handles and knobs on the cabinets and doors 55 total, drilling holes where needed, and repaired the badly damaged, moldy wood under the sink instead of pushing us toward a full cabinet replacement, which saved us money.
They protected the home with drop cloths, hauled away all old materials, and cleaned up thoroughly. Pricing was very fair, charged by the job rather than hourly. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Details: Yes, I need to replace a sink • Undermounted sink • 1 sink • 1 faucet • House

I hired Milwar to install some cabinets in my basements. He came promptly to look at the area where I wanted them, sent me a quote for a fair price, picked the cabinets up, annd installed them to my complete satisfaction while treating my home respectfully. I have asked him to provide me with a quote for another project. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Details: Basement • 1-5 • No, my cabinets are already assembled • Both wall and base cabinets • Yes, I will need 1 - 5 cabinets removed • Residential

Milwar is fantastic! I had multiple projects done (lighting, plumbing, drywall, etc.) and Milwar got everything done in an efficient and timely manner. Excellent craftsmanship and kept me in the loop with everything he was working on. He's honest and upfront. Definitely recommend and would use his services again.
