Jurgen communicated well, including letting me know he was running late because another job ran late. He was courteous and respectful of property, and took time to help us understand pellet stoves and how to safely use them. He was able to fix a malfunctioning blower and figure out how the stove worked with a thermostat. The pellet stove now functions despite an extended period of nonuse. I would happily hire Jurgen again through Thumbtack. Additionally, Jurgen responded quickly to my task request. Another company was dismissive when he found that I was requesting maintenance, not a more expensive replacement. Thank you, Jurgen.
