- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are affordable. We can charge hourly or flat rate. $65 to $75 in hour depending. Please, call for clarification! We also provide a free estimate. Minimum hours is "2"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, we can start with the phone consulting, then we schedule a site visit if possible. Some customers can decide to just purchase hours from us, that also works since we charge $65/hour. On site, we can give you the price on the spot or later depending. When we agree with the price, we send you the paper work for approval. And, we are good to go after the deposit is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team members have more than 10 to 15 years in construction. We are also licensed and Insured in the state.
