Estimates are Free. We have a 2-3 Day turn around on estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact Reach out through Thumbtack with details about your project. The more information you provide (location, scope, timeline, budget range), the better we can help. 2. Quick Phone Call or Message Review We’ll review your request and follow up with a brief call or message to confirm project details, answer initial questions, and make sure we’re a good fit. 3. On-Site Consultation If the project is a fit, we schedule an on-site visit to take measurements, review existing conditions, and discuss design ideas, materials, and expectations. 4. Detailed Proposal You’ll receive a written proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. 5. Agreement & Scheduling Once approved, we sign an agreement, collect the initial deposit, and lock your project into our schedule. 6. Project Execution Our team shows up on time, keeps the job site clean, communicates throughout the project, and delivers high-quality craftsmanship. 7. Final Walkthrough & Completion We complete a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets expectations before closing out the project.

I bring over 8 years of real estate experience working hands-on with residential properties, renovations, and project coordination. My background includes evaluating homes, identifying repair and improvement needs, managing renovation timelines, and ensuring projects meet both quality standards and resale expectations.
