- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free estimates and offer very competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the project, I like to discuss expectations to call/text to ensure we are in agreement with the project scope. Then I will have a in-person meeting to go over the details and provide an estimate. I am in constant contact leading up to a project to ensure everything will be as expected. I like to build long term relationships, if desired, and am always available even when a project ends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in physics and 17 years of experience in the civil engineering field. I have worked in various areas of construction and woodworking part-time over the past 25 years, and in 2021 decided to pursue my passion for home improvement.
