Joanna concerning your windows I’m not sure what you wanted me to do at your house. I came out to your home twice. The second time I came out I was supposed to measure all 10 windows to be replaced. I continue to try to explain to you the difference between the price of the windows and labor cost. You did not understand the separation of each cost. Then we went from 10 windows to 2 windows then from two windows to 3 windows. I continue to try to explain to you how much my labor cost was and how much you had to pay for your windows. You still did not understand the pricing. Again, I will explain to you you need every window in your apartment replaced every window you have is broken. They all need to be replaced. You cannot repair them nor find parts for them. I’m easy-going and try my best to help you figure things out, but if you don’t understand what I’m saying to you about the cost, how can I get any work done or order your windows because you have to pay for your windows and then I charge you for labor I cannot pay for your windows. You have my number if you would like to replace the windows we still can replace the windows, but you have to pay for your own windows..
