What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand the real needs and conditions of the locations that require our services so that we can provide a realistic quote. Therefore, we offer the opportunity for a free, no-obligation visit for a presentation and to determine the cost of the service to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were partners in another company for a long time, which allowed us to gain a lot of experience in environments where the needs and conditions were extreme, in bathrooms and kitchens that had long needed a thorough cleaning and disinfection. We believe that during that period, we performed more than 1300 cleanings, both in small houses and in large properties in urban and rural areas.
