- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, upfront, and based on load size (quarter, half, or full trailer). We also offer single-item pricing for heavy items over 100 lbs. There are no hidden fees — everything is included: labor, hauling, disposal, and cleanup. We do require a $100 deposit to secure your booking, which goes toward your final price. We also provide special pricing for repeat customers, large jobs, and emergency after-hours removals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate — customers can send us pictures, videos, or schedule an on-site walkthrough. We provide clear pricing up front, explain the process, and schedule a convenient time. On removal day, we arrive on time, complete the job quickly, sweep up the area, and confirm that the customer is satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 8 years of management and operations experience in security and facilities services, where I learned the importance of safety, logistics, and leadership. In junk removal, I’ve trained extensively in safe lifting techniques, equipment handling, and proper disposal/recycling practices. My team and I are also insured to give our customers peace of mind.
