Introduction: We never let the job be too much for us to handle and we do whatever it takes to make sure that the job is completed and completed well. We make sure that regardless of problem we take the care to make sure we have full containment so that we can keep the problem isolated to the area of concern and never spread contamination to other areas of the home. We pride ourselves on making sure that the problem is completely taken care of so that it won't return unless there is a uniquely different source than what caused the incident in the first place. We make sure that the customers know before we start what the process is, how we are going to proceed with getting rid of the problem, and how long it will most likely take. Then, we keep the homeowners informed each day until the job is completed. When we leave the homeowner KNOWS that the job was done and done right. I love interacting with and educating the homeowner about all of the possible remediation plans, what to expect, and how much better things will be when we are done. I absolutely love being able to help people each and every day when they are in a compromising position and make things turn out ok for them. Improving the quality of the environment for people one home or business at a time. I get to make a difference in people's lives and I absolutely love doing it.

Radon Mitigation

OUTSTANDING! First of all, David (the owner) came to our house in person for a free estimate within a day of our contacting him. The other companies I had contacted were going to charge for that estimate. I also found that the other companies wanted to set everything up over the phone and not come out to look at the situation before quoting or committing. But David didn’t event suggest that. He just came out. Second, We had some requests regarding our system installation that were not standard or “required” but David and his team accommodated graciously even to the extent of returning to our house after they had already left to satisfy my “cosmetic” request on the roof. Finally, from a consumer who still remembers the way things used to be where deals were made in person and quality was still more important than quantity and the dollar, I am very very pleased with AdvantaClean, David and his team, for giving us exactly that quality experience! THANK YOU AdvantaClean!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Since all Emergency Water Damage, Mold Remediation and HVAC sytem cleaning jobs are uniquely different than one another, we can give you an informed estimate and provide accurate pricing based on the scope of the work only after you provide detailed information about the problems you are experiencing and after performing a thorough inspection to truly grasp the extent of the damage. Typically we provide free inspections and estimates to homeowners/business owners unless they ask for a written report of our findings, which would then be charged a fee to cover our costs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I contact the customer as soon as possible to make sure that they are safe and to find out more about the problem that they are looking for help with. I also ask them several questions about their inquiry to ascertain if they are in a hazardous area potentially putting their safety at risk by being exposed to any dangers, hidden or obvious. We then set up a time for examining their problem in order to give them an accurate estimate of the costs to remediate the problem. If the situation is not an emergency we schedule a time that is convenient for the customer for us to perform the remediation. If it is an emergency situation we begin work right away to minimize any further damages that could occur if left unchecked.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The owner has a Bachelor's of Science in the field of Chemistry from the Pennsylvania State University. In addition to that we are certified in OSHA workplace safety (OSHA-30), Micro Certified Mold Inspector (CMI), Micro Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC), IICRC certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT), certified Lead Safety Repair, Renovation and Painting (RRP), and Micro Asbestos Awareness trained.
