I had a deck built off the kitchen at the back of my house with a new door put into the kitchen for access. Design Innovations crew were very skilled and Cherry was was very responsive to changes, including fixing some cracks in the brickwork that weren't part of the original plan.

We are thrilled with the workmanship on our backyard project. We needed to get water away from our foundation. The job was a bit complicated because of how our downtown row house is situated. Ryan designed a solution and the crew instituted it with the utmost craftsmanship. The crew was punctual and worked very hard to complete our project. We recommend them highly! Design Innovations did a fantastic job with a large bathroom remodel project!
I asked them to: remove a small hallway between my master bedroom and master bathroom/closet space, make my half bathroom smaller, make my master bathroom larger to accommodate a custom shower and freestanding tub, and relocate my hall closet to create more space in my master closet as well as a larger hall closet.
They completed the full scope of the project in about 6 weeks from initial meeting to demo to design to construction. I think it was around 200sqft of full renovation.
They were very reasonably priced and the quality of work has been outstanding.
Cherry was very responsive, and when I was unsure about design choices, she was incredibly helpful in her suggestions. Ultimately, I think I took her up on all her suggested choices and am so happy with her eye for design!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are frequently not the cheapest but are always very fair on price given that we have the overhead of a full service office, a fleet of vehicles, trailers and machines and of course are fully licensed and insured. We pay our employees well but hold them to our high design standards and to NOT cut corners at your house. We offer the best blend of quality for cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is some qualifying dialog to make sure we understand your job scope and are the best fit for your needs. This is followed by scheduling an in person consultation with one of our design consultants. During the in person consultation the design consultant and client decide together the next best course of action to move forward. This can include the company providing an install proposal or a proposal to design to visualize and build our the details of a future install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ICPI certified for hardscape and follow the latest IRC code for building and carpentry projects.
