Paul was excellent. He diagnosed and fixed a slow drain problem quickly and efficiently and communicated the plan and costs for the plumbing repair to me well. He worked around my work schedule and fixed the problem on the same day I asked for help even though it was not an urgent issue. Very punctual, he arrived at the exact time we scheduled the appointment.
