I keep my pricing simple and flexible. Most clients choose between 18 and 25 dollars per hour, depending on their budget and the scope of the project. I do this to make my services accessible in the current economy and for short-term or urgent work. There are no surprise fees. You only pay for the hours you approve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short conversation to understand what you need and what feels urgent. Then I take a quick look at your documents, website, or workflow and outline a clear plan. Once we agree on the scope, I begin work and keep you updated with simple progress notes. I aim to make everything easy, transparent, and low stress.

I have many years of experience in administrative support, systems design, training, and workflow optimization. My background includes instructional design, technical consulting, and hands-on work with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and content management platforms. I specialize in making confusing setups simple and manageable.
