- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with clients on pricing during the estimating visit as we realize our services are sometimes covered by insurance and sometimes not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a free inspection to assess any damage and provide an estimate for remediation services to remove damaged materials from the property. We also help determine insurance coverage and work with any and all insurance providers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC certified ownership and technicians.
