INITIAL REVIEW: There was bit of confusion for the initial visit and the dispatcher never called to let me know that they were running over from a previous call [called 2 hours after the install window]. In the end we rescheduled but it was definitely an inconvenience. When Jimmy did show up he was on time, produced great work, and was worth every penny as well as the wait. Very pleased with the install of my RING doorbell 2. UPDATE (What appeared to be a working hardwired RING Doorbell is not and the electrician is not standing by his work, the product he sold, or the install): 1. The initial wiring was not hooked up correctly and not charging my ring (RING swapped out my RING DOORBELL 2 for a PRO, free of charge for the inconvenience and said if the wiring was hooked up correctly all I would have to do is unplug the wires from the RD2 and connect to the PRO - additional confirmation it was not hooked up correctly). 2. The transformer I paid an extra $55 is the wrong transformer with the wrong power output. 3. Everytime I get Jimmy on the phone he says, I'll call you back and has yet to call me back to discuss making this right. After checking the device health in the RING app within the first week of JIM Contractor's install I learned that the battery was draining so I removed the battery to charge it; the ring died immediately - the wiring wasn't powering and/or charging the Ring Doorbell 2. I called Jimmy and initially he was responsive (because we were in discussion of him installing additional devices) but after I obtained information on the transformer, the wiring, etc. and RING said it was wrong, I couldn't get calls back from him (He took my money and ran). Initially, he said if the plug in transformer is lighting up then it is getting power (correct) and that it is powering the RING (incorrect - b/c it was the wrong amount of power). Here I sit with 2 RING devices I can't use at $200 + almost $300 for Labor, and an electrician who won't return calls to stand by his parts/labor. I wouldn't recommend using this electrician. Johann Wolfgan von Goethe said, "You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him." Once Jimmy had my money, he had no need for me; with my product not working, he treated me as such, someone who could do nothing for him. I needed him, he didn't need me. Don't get caught in the same bad deal I did. Steer clear. Work with someone who will stand by their work, appreciate their customer, earn your hard earned money, and make you want to call them back for additional jobs . Not returning a call, okay; two, ehh, okay; but weeks of calls, not okay. No excuses.

I had two TV's mounted on the wall. One 65' and one 55'. This also included having cable and electrical outlets installed. Pablo and his coworker were very professional and did a fantastic job. The Tv mounts look great and the few holes that they had to punch in the walls to run the wires throughout the house were patched accordingly. Their customer service couldn't have been better. Veronica had Pablo over to my house within an hour of me requesting a quote to do a quick audit prior to performing the work. She also was diligent in following up on the work that was done. Highly recommend this company.
