I hired Just My Plumber to replace two toilets, replace shutoff valves, and fix a toilet leak. I was very pleased with the work done. Erick kept me abreast of his arrival time, made sure the toilets were working properly before leaving and also informed me that if I had any problems within a year from the date the work was done to contact him. Also, I found his price to be reasonable based on Industry standard costs. I would highly recommend Just My Plumber and will not hesitate to contact him again to fix any future plumbing issues at my home.

I like to explain to the customer the process of how I work. I also remind the customer that a minor job might become a bigger one due to several factors, the biggest one being age. When you touch one thing, another thing breaks, etc. It is important for me for the customer to be aware that cooperation is important when situations like this occur.
