She answered all my questions in a timely manner and took my vision and made it even better than I could have imagined. Kay did an amazing job decorating my daughter’s Barbie 6th birthday. The balloon arch and Barbie decor was incredibly beautiful. It was perfect and for the first time I wouldn’t change anything with the decor. Very talented. Can I mention she was punctual, professional, and made very quality work. She went above and beyond in decorating, and even made some ballon decorations for the entry way that I didn’t think about. She is great!

It was such a pleasure working with Kay! She did an AMAZING job with the balloon decorations for the cake table for my twins Christening celebration! I got many compliments about the decoration. Kay worked with me to create a shimmer wall and balloon backdrop on a yacht for my birthday party. Space was pretty limited but Kay made it work. Kay’s responses were timely. She is detailed oriented and was focused on meeting my needs. She does take the time to explain and layout her vision for the project. She always had the communication lines open and made sure we were always on the same page. Her execution was flawless in the end. It was a great pleasure working with Kay.

I had a very good experience working with the Kay the designer. Kay was open to my inputs. She was willing to look at different design ideas, and together we came up with the perfect look for my daughters baby shower. I was especially thankful that she was willing to travel from Maryland to Virginia to set up the balloon scene for us. She’s very professional, sincere, and creative. I would refer her to a friend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are designed to be budget friendly, we have something for everyone no matter the budget you have. We understand that you may want it all believe me we do too we want to offer it all but at a mutual understanding that both parties are comfortable with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client reaches out we send out a simple questionnaire that requires intricate and important details for your event then we send you a quote. Your quote is good for two days. And in that quote you will also be informed on how to book and what is required to book.We hope this helps 😊
