I had a last minute dinner party and called up Chef Marlonz to cater, i was a little bit hesitant given the dishes i wanted but they delivered and the food was amazing. The chicken Florentine was so delicious and well garnished, the stuff pork chops were mouth watering. I would definitely recommend Chef Marlonz.May 4, 2019
I had the pleasure of ordering Marlon black cake for an event. Just wanted to say the cake was sooo good, just enough rum, fruits and consistency. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A phone call or in person consultation, introduction of myself and team, then take time to listen to the needs and how we can make the event memorable for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Studied Food service management at the University of Technology Jamaica. I have trained with Executive chefs from China and Italy, attended Escoffier Culinary school.
