Montop quickly reached out to me within minutes of my request. Ty gave me an estimate right away. He also got a factory to fabricate the torsion springs according to the size of my garage door. Throughout the process he was responsive and communicate clearly what needs to be done. During the installation, he also made recommendation on the wheels which looked old and are making a lot of noise. The price given was reasonable. He also gave me a discount because I re-used the existing rail and sensors. So I feel I’m dealing with an honest technician. I’ll definitely hire him again in the future.
