EXCELLENT customer service is what makes Prisma stand out from other contractors. I am pretty particular about how things should be done. I am often hesitant to voice concerns or things that need to be addressed. We were fortunate to have Carlos on-site for our entire project. I was able to comfortably address any concerns, as well as field questions to him without any fear or hesitation. Any areas I questioned, he went above and beyond to correct or address. I have two children under two, so he allowed me to focus on them and come to him with concerns the following day. Even after finishing our project, he followed up with us to ensure we were happy. From the beginning, Prisma was wonderful in setting up an estimate very quickly. We were able to set up the project within a few short time period, and the work was done earnestly, seemingly tirelessly, and to our liking. And all within our budget - others had quoted us much higher rates. On days they were arriving later than anticipated, they were honest and communicated so we could plan accordingly. Very much appreciated their work ethic and respect of our time! Thank you, Prisma, for your work, for your communication, and for leaving our home in such a beautiful state! We have received so many compliments already!

Carlos was great to work with! He communicates well - quickly and clearly. He showed up on time, finished the job in a timely manner, and did a great job. Our walls look great. Money well spent! His rates are competitive. I will be hiring him again soon for another room.
