- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% sibling discount. 14-risk-free period. If your child doesn't want to continue classes after the first 2 weeks, we will refund your money. Every 3rd course comes with a 20% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule trial class ($15) and if the student likes it and decides to enroll we send the registration link.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Google and Microsoft-certified professional who is training our teachers. Also, we are an approved vendor of Montgomery and Baltimore County public schools.
