- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. The quote depends on distance, amount of furniture, and stairs or heavy items. I always confirm the price before the move and I don’t add hidden fees. If the customer sends pictures, I can usually give a very accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask for some details about the move — list of items, addresses, stairs or elevator, and the date. After that I send a clear quote. On moving day we arrive on time, wrap and protect the furniture, carefully load the truck, and place everything in the rooms you want at the new location. We can also help with basic assembly. I try to make the move as easy and stress-free as possible for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have practical, hands-on experience helping customers with local moves. We focus mainly on loading, unloading, and carefully transporting furniture and boxes. We are especially experienced with apartment moves, including stairs and elevators. We take our time to move items safely and communicate clearly with customers throughout the process.
