We offer in-home personal training and nutrition coaching to get you fantastically fit! If you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, have more energy, become more athletic, and just feel great, we know just the trainers who can help. We bring all of our knowledge, expertise and equipment to you—in the comfort of your home, office, or location of your choice. Our combination of fitness and nutrition programs are designed to give your specific body and mind the building blocks needed to be healthy and strong. Our goal is to give you the tools, knowledge, and ability to take your health into your own hands long after our sessions are over. Every program is totally personalized to your wants and needs, depending on your goals, current athletic abilities, and preferences. We work with clients in Montgomery County, MD. Wyatt is an incredible wellness professional. I was looking for an in-home personal trainer to accommodate my crazy schedule filled with 2 young kids, running a business, being a wife, taking care of inlaws, and all that life throws that comes in between...and I was very suprised when I got so much more in the process. Wyatt impressed me with his breathe of knowledge in nutrition, balance, meditation, fitness and more. I have Sjogreens (an auto immune)so he even had to deal with my joint flares in the process and figured out exercises to accommodate when my knee and wrist would ache on occasion. We are still working on my goals to be strong, lean and healthy but can truly say I am the strongest I have ever been thanks to himand I am 40! I would recommend Wyatt and his team to anyone who is finally ready to put their health first.

Wyatt has been working with me and my daughter for over 6 months now and we couldn't be more thrilled. We always work up a great sweet and have fun. We asked for lots of variety and he comes to each session with new and challenging workouts. We work hard and have fun which is an amazing combination. We couldn't be more thrilled with his support. Having a trainer that really listens is so amazing. We like to be pushed and he does it in a fun way. He's positive energy motivates us to keep going. We need the consistency to drive a change us to change and Wyatt's fun, positive, and innovative routines keep us motivated. He's the BEST!!!

With a great sense of humor and a gentle push, Wyatt surpasses any prior experiences I've had with a personal trainer. No matter where you are in Montgomery County (I'm in Rockville, but I believe he's based out of Potomac) I'd recommend Wyatt hands down! He's great at fitting his services to your schedule.
