My husband and I needed to sell our house fairly quickly and didn't want to lose money in the process. We had renovated our kitchen and hoped to make enough money selling the house to cover the cost. I actually had two experiences with Rick. We bought a house and chose him as our partner after some not so good experiences with others. And I think we were difficult clients as my wife and myself had different opinions about what to buy. But he found the perfect home for us. In the moment we walked in my wife said "this is it".
And we sold the house as well with Rick. It was 3 (THREE) days on the market.Excellent professionalism and response time. Would always choose rick if we buy something in the DC area again
