Nedelina T. says, "If I could give more than a 5-star rating for Lalpeck, I would happily double it! He is very friendly, responsive, and professional. His prices are reasonable, and he patiently explained my plumbing issues so I could clearly understand what was happening. He came to fix one leaking stopping valve out of three and did an excellent job. He never pushed me to replace the others, but after discussing the situation, I decided to replace a second one. Before he left, we noticed a leak from the third valve. Lalpeck tightened it a little and explained what could happen if it is not replaced. He was also very flexible with scheduling and even came earlier than we agreed. The next two days, he returned to try to fix the main shut-off valve. Unfortunately, the street valve could not be opened because the turning knob was rusted. He did not want to risk forcing it and explained that the water company needs to be involved to handle it safely. Because the work could not be done under these circumstances, he did not charge for the visit. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Overall, Lalpeck is reliable and clearly takes pride in his work. It is rare to find someone so patient and trustworthy. I highly recommend him with two hands to anyone looking for a dependable plumber."See more
