The company's representative came to my house with the samples of roof n gutters the very next day of our inquiry. The assessment was performed at scene.The job of roof n gutter replacement was done within a few days. The worksite was clean n no trash left behind.The representative returned a few weeks after for an inspection of the product n workmanship to guarantee the quality.We are very happy n pleased.One more thing to add on: the price was very competitive n the transparency was well perceived. I had the pleasure of dealing with Skycon and Will Blanco last year for a roof replacement. I actually met Will when he stopped by for a free estimate almost two years before that. I was skeptical of most companies that just 'show up" but Will actually said "I don't think you have enough damage" for a claim and promise to check in periodically. After a winter of windy weather, I reached out to Will and he stopped by and we moved forward. Will's customer service, hospitality, follow up, and thoroughness is hard to beat. He walked us through the entire process, interceded on our behalf when need be and sometimes just checked into make sure everything was going well. If you have the need for a roof, etc., I could not recommend Skycon more highly. True professionals, and true to their word.
