- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $59.99 for diagnose/trip fees which will come off the final repair when labor is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the customer’s house, diagnose the unit once I’m done I’ll give the customer the pricing for fixing it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got experience from the military
