I couldn't be more pleased with the service CJ provided me. I needed my computer repaired in a hurry and CJ was willing to go above and beyond what anyone else would normally do to accommodate my request. He was able to repair my computer and also give me some tips to improve performance as well. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the process. CJ is a consummate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. For the first time since I came to Virginia I have a reliable and talented resource. He loves his work and gets results for his customer. CJ set up a new computer for me, solved multiple software problems all while our download speeds were 3mbps. He solved that using my phone as a hotspot. Highly recommended!

If I could give more stars, I would! CJ responded immediately to my request and was at my home within an hour and a half. My computer had a black screen and wouldn’t turn on for days. I was afraid of losing data. He had it back on within the first 5 minutes and diagnosed the reason why it likely jammed up. Then he assisted us with everything from printer issues to generally low WiFi speeds. His knowledge was impeccable, quick and accurate! His prices are unbeatable but he deserves more. Thank you CJ!
