- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regardless of the rate automatically generated by Thumbtack, actual cost will be given once customer provide us with specific details (picture or link) to their items. ---We quote the assembly by flat rate per piece of furniture or equipment; NOT BY THE HOUR. ***Additional discount may be given if you have several pieces to assemble and hire us.***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer should first provide links or pictures of their items to receive an accurate quote. If the quote is amicable, we set up a time that is best for us, and we get to work upon arrival!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a woodworker by trade, I am accustomed to assembling furniture.
