MYLE G. says, "ISSUE RESOLVED. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've changed my initial review from 1-star to 4 stars b/c the owner of the company was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue I had with the quality of the work of his technician. He was very professional and responsive in trying to resolve it and refunding payment b/c the work quality did not meet my standards. I would consider hiring this company again only if I had reassurance that the technician hired could show examples of work done for previous clients. The owner truly tried to make things right but unfortunately, I had to pay to have the caulking re-done; however, he offered a refund and that helped. This was simply a case of having a bad technician do poor quality work. Based on other reviews, it sounds like they do have good technicians who can do better quality work. I just happened to get stuck with one who wasn't so good. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had my property management company come look at the work and they took these photos. It's really bad. I needed a quote for repainting my unit and evaluating any repairs needed. Instead, I got talked into getting my shower stall re-caulked since the contractor was going to be at my unit anyway which is fine since it needed it. But this company promised to also get a quote for repainting and a review of my unit. In the end, they never provided a quote and the caulking job was sub-par. They also never asked that the shower stall be cleaned and empty before recaulking so, it was a bit of a rush job. Overall, I didn’t get a sense that this was handled very professionally. And I had to request an invoice for payment as they didn’t automatically provide one. It’s unfortunate bc if they’d handled this with more professionalism and better quality caulking I might have hired them to do more work. They were also more expensive than others ($85/hour). I would not recommend this company."See more
