- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by gathering key details about their move—such as the size of the home, the number of items, the distance between locations, and any special requirements. From there, I provide a customized quote and walk them through what to expect on moving day. Once the move is scheduled, I stay in close communication to confirm timing, answer any questions, and ensure everything is ready. On the day of the move, my team arrives on time, fully prepared with the right equipment and a professional attitude. We handle all packing, loading, transportation, and unloading with care and efficiency, making sure everything arrives safely at the new location. After the job is complete, I follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
