Wow, what an adventure Andrew and his team provided during my recent move! From start to finish, their professionalism shone brightly as they enthusiastically tackled this project. Just like any move, surprises kept us on our toes.
Moving to a military base had its own set of challenges—I thought only the driver would need a visitor’s pass. Surprise! Everyone had to go through a vetting process. We ended up making a second trip, and with the added load and travel time, we arrived at the storage unit well past midnight. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enter, but Andrew and his team remained undeterred, tackling the situation head-on.
When we reached the base gate, we faced yet another twist: their day pass had expired at midnight! They thought it was a 24-hour pass, good until 3 or 4 PM, but things didn’t quite go as planned. We patiently waited for a new visitor’s pass, but through every hiccup, Andrew and his team kept their cool and focused on the task at hand.
I was downsizing to move to the military installation, and since I couldn’t access the storage unit, everything ended up crammed—all of it stuffed into my one-car garage! Despite the chaos, Andrew and his crew never wavered in their professionalism and dedication.
Once the move was finally wrapped up, I couldn’t thank Andrew and his team enough for their hard work. I paid them the agreed-upon price, but I felt so grateful for their efforts that I decided to send them a little extra through Zelle. Initially, we had negotiated a lower price after I expressed my budget concerns, but after witnessing the incredible job they did, I wanted to honor their original quote and made sure they received the difference. What a day it was—full of surprises, teamwork, and an unforgettable moving experience!
