What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the budget for the event, type of event, amount of time given to plan the event, the kind of service required (based on package; Platinum; we plan everything for you which is full service. Gold; partial planning, or Silver; day of coordination)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an intake first to get to know the client. During the intake, client will share with planner on what exactly is expected in order for the planner to determine how to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ArisCreationz employees have BS in Engineering, Bio-Behaviorial health and Crime, Law and Justice but also certified in event planning and wedding planning.
