FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I like to talk to people over the phone first, to get an idea of their project scope and what their expectations are. Afterwards, a site visit may be in order for larger projects to give a more accurate work quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly taking classes and going to seminars. Learning is a key to life!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a family of DIY'ers. My father and Grandfather were both very mechanically inclined, and my mother is artistic. They were always fixing things, and working on projects as far back as I can remember, and I always wanted to be out there helping. I guess you could say being a "handyman" is in my DNA.
