- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very flexible pricing system. We provide you both pay-as-you-go and fixed-price (package) quotes, depending on your particular needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to you. We think this is an essential step and try to understand every detail of your specific project. Next, we offer you various pricing options or packages; for each package, you get an hourly quote and flat fee options so you can choose what works best for you. Once you have decided on a package, we send you a non-disclosure agreement to assure you of confidentiality. The next step is to make payment. All payment is processed securely via Stripe. Finally, we deliver your completed project ahead of the deadline!
