William came out to give me an estimate and we discussed the project and options however he never gave me an estimate as he said he would. I reached out once and he said he would have the estimate by the next day which he didn't send. I reached out to him again inquiring about the estimate and he never responded. Not sure what happened but why would a person come out take the time and effort to look at the project and never provide you an estimate.
