- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our corporate menu is posted on our Website. This menu lists many of our options. Once we speak with you, we create a menu to meet your needs and your budget. Our proposals include prices for food, staff, decor, equipment, and delivery .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to speak to you first so that we can determine what you're looking for. Then we create a menu proposal and send it to you for approval. You can make any changes to the menu that you need. Once we finalize the menu, you confirm the order by placing a payment with our accounting department. Then your order is submitted and we prepare the food, decor, staff , and everything else needed for your party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of trained and experienced chefs. MK has been operating for over 25 years and has a vast amount of experience in event planning for corporate affairs, weddings, birthdays, and other themed events.
