Nero’s heating and air did a great job in diagnosing my air conditioning and fixing the problem quickly without having to replace the A/C unit. I would highly recommend him for any issues with your heating and/or air! He is also very professional, friendly and is very experienced!

NERO promptly answered my call for service. When Mr. Julian Jones entered my home, he introduced himself and then asked where was my basement. I knew then that I was dealing with a true professional. It didn't take him long to assess my problem. He told me he would be back in a few days to install a new furnace. True to his word, Clyde enters. Clyde came with furnace in hand. He introduced himself and set off to work. He expeditiously proceeded to install my new furnace. Not only did he install my furnace, but he went beyond the call of duty and built a platform, out of some wood boards that he found lying around, to keep my new furnace free from the water that had invaded my basement as a result of a flood. I can not say enough about these young men and their call to service. My heart rejoices to see someone caring about others. I HIGHLY recommend NERO Heating and Air conditioning!!!

Central Air Conditioning Repair or Maintenance

I reached out for an initial diagnostics of my central air unit. Julian was quick to respond, had availability the following morning to come out and assess the issue, and was able to have his team out the very next day to replace my much older unit. The process was by far the easiest and I’m very satisfied with the upgrade and the job done! Would highly recommend & will have his number on lock for my routine maintenance.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My prices are based on knowing the prices of the large companies and exactly how to save my customers time and money. I usually charge $59 for a diagnostic fee that is then credited towards the repair should you choose to go ahead with it. Since repairs vary in difficulty, time and solution it is hard to give a standard price for repair.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically I start with a diagnostic fee and let all customers know I will diagnose and quote repair before completing repair should they choose to proceed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    CFC, Load Calculations, Journeyman’s
