I think the best part was the fast communication, the phone call, and staying true to the time frame. Was it pricy for a small work, yeah but they are the expert. I think $75/$85 would have been a good rate for already purchased handle to install and screw the bowl itself. I appreciate him for lowering it $100. I liked the service. It was quick, efficent and they were friendly. I would now hire them for all my repair needs based on their scope of work.

James responded to my request quicker than I anticipated . James was able to send a plumber out within 5 hrs of my request instead the next day. The issues were quickly addressed & repaired. We had to buy a new garbage disposal for kitchen sink. The plumber was able to go to the store with us so we could purchase the right disposal & additional plumbing item. The plumber installed the new disposal, cleaned the area & went on his way. I will hire The Drain Fighter again.
