I think the best part was the fast communication, the phone call, and staying true to the time frame. Was it pricy for a small work, yeah but they are the expert. I think $75/$85 would have been a good rate for already purchased handle to install and screw the bowl itself. I appreciate him for lowering it $100. I liked the service. It was quick, efficent and they were friendly. I would now hire them for all my repair needs based on their scope of work.
