- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- We begin with a phone call or consultation to learn about the client’s vision, goals, and budget. 2-We schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the space, discuss design ideas, and review project details. 3-After the consultation, we provide a detailed written estimate and project scope. 4- Once approved, we assist with scheduling, material selections, permits (if required), and project planning before construction begins. 5- Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication and keep the work area organized and professional.
