I had a great experience! I contacted to request help removing the hard snow that was piled up and blocking my car in my parking lot. They replied within minutes of my request with a reasonable quote for price and scheduled to come out to me quickly (the following morning). They were very prompt, worked quickly and I am very satisfied with the snow removal. I’ve been stuck in the snow all week and finally I’m able to drive my car out to make my appointment. I liked the idea, that he would follow up in a few weeks. To check on the growth of the grass and make sure everything was is growing eventually.
