A GREAT dining experience from beginning to end. Chris is the ultimate professional, displaying extraordinary gourmet cooking skills blended with an engaging personality. Well before our special evening, I was given an opportunity to convey personal preferences and address any food limitations that might need to be considered. A beautiful seasonal menu was then provided, accommodating my general preferences, from which, we selected an amazing multi-course meal! Chris was right on time and established the perfect tone for a great evening to follow, inviting us to sit back and relax to becoming more involved in following his every move, if we'd like. We took advantage of the opportunity to watch a master at work and ask any questions that might help us to become any bit more skilled in the kitchen, as well. Chris' enthusiasm for the culinary world and vast knowledge about food is contagious and his dietary and nutritional tips incredibly informative. This was a welcome education on multiple levels. The beautiful presentation of each course was artwork, and our appreciation was only outdone by the delectable depth of its incredible taste. As delicious as the meal was and as informative and fun it was to watch it's preparation, Chris is simply an extremely nice, generous and caring person to invite into your home. For a unique dining experience where a gourmet restaurant, if feels, comes to the comfort of your home, rather than having to make the effort to go out to it, I KNOW you'll enjoy, as much as we did, the talents and charm of Chris Spears and a very special night you'll always remember.
I have worked with Gaurav over the past 3 years and during this time he not only introduced me to yoga but helped me cultivate a practice of my own. He is a patient instructor who pushes you but not beyond a comfortable pace. After learning from Gaurav I have realized that yoga is a complete mind body workout. I have never left a class feeling that I did not work my body hard. Gaurav has also been my nutrition guide over the past couple of years and has worked with me to improve the effects of PCOS. His 40 day plan helped me reset my body and allow my liver to detox while at the same time practiced moderation so i do not feel deprived. The plan helped me change my habits and get into the routine of making healthier choices food wise. With Gaurav's help my symptoms have greatly reduced and we continue to work on making my condition better by modifying the plan as need be. Overall my experience working with Gaurav has been extremely positive and has made me conscious of how important healing the body through yoga, exercise and nutrition is.

At the start of my training I was very unfamiliar with proper use of equipment and had spent little time in the gym! Personal training was a big step out of my comfort zone as I had never followed a set routine before, Michael alleviated all of my worries and started me from the ground up! He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to excercises that beginners can preform, and has developed a program with visible progression and results. Would highly recommend him for his attention to detail and knowledge of nutrition and excercise as well as a fun workout!
I am a single man with diabetes who was looking for healthy diabetic friendly meals to be delivered to my home. I found Iyea Brandy on Thumbtack and have been extremely satisfied with her services. The food she brings is delicious, and most importantly doesn't increase my blood sugar levels. Her prices are very reasonable and she makes an effort to tailor her services to the individual client. If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!

I trained with Matt for my first personal training experience. I went in knowing what I wanted to improve and work on, also hoping to get a better understanding of my body and how I can improve my lifestyle to make it a bit healthier. I was a bit nervous since I wasn't sure what to expect. I was thinking the worse like: he was going to be really hard and tough on me, make me feel anxious or awkward, or even not feeling comfortable at all. That was not the case! He was great! He has a wonderful character and is super nice. I felt very comfortable during the session which was one of the most important things for me. I can tell he knows exactly what he doing and is very knowledgeable which made me feel like I was in the right hands. Fitness seems like his passion and he keeps up on the latest nutritional research and news. He is also very aware of my goals which we are strongly working on, my habits, metabolic type, and physical abilities. Why did I wait so long to meet him and start training? It is so much more beneficial than going to the gym and doing the same old work out each time. He provides different techniques and settings each time which I loved! Ken is an intuitive, talented, and highly-motivating trainer. He helped me recover from limited mobility and injury issues related to a surgery. He modified exercises to give me confidence, directed my program to offer me the specific strengthening and flexibility I needed, and rapidly moved me from my limitations to my achievements, giving me the perfect training for my needs. I cannot recommend him enough. He is positive, inspiring, fun to work with but tough enough to mean business, and success-oriented.

Before meeting with Ahmed, I was always intimidated by all the information out there. The way he describes nutrition and the body makes you feel so comfortable and confident. He puts it in a way where even if you are a complete beginner, you can understand everything. I now know what to do and how to incorporate nutrition to make the most of my time in the gym. He showed up 15 minutes early to our meeting and was flexible with the location.
