I hired Berto The Service Plumber to help address a leak in my living room ceiling. He was very professional in his communication and explained the process he needed to take in order to identify where the leak was coming from. He cut out a small square from the ceiling and found a leaky pipe from the shower directly upstairs. He was able to fix the leak in a timely manner and repaired the ceiling — you can’t even tell anything had even been done. The leak has been fixed for weeks now and I haven’t had any issues since. I definitely will hire him again for any future plumbing needs.
