We wish more people knew the amount of work that goes into producing an event on the technical side. It's not just setting up some lights or bringing a microphone. The field of A/V, Lighting, and Video are highly skilled areas of work that require attention to detail. We start working days before an event even happens in order to cancel any issues that may arise the day of an event.
