- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do NOT want pricing to come in between you and FANTASTIC photos. I am a photographer because it is my passion and I want to be able to capture your special moments so you can cherish them for a lifetime. My rate is very competitive and I do offer discounts (10%) for military, EMT/Fire/Police and teachers. I don't charge for travel; my fee includes the time I am shooting, the editing, the online gallery and, in some packages, a flash drive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out with a rough quote. If you like what I have to offer, then we can set up a call and get more details. My fee with NOT increase unless there is a DRASTIC change to what you are looking for. Once we talk about the details, I will send you an official quote and a contract (if needed). Then we meet in person, complete a deposit to hold the date, and make sure I get notes on what you need to make your pictures PERFECT.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have real life on the job training. I have been taking pictures for people for over 5 years and have recently completed a course through a couple who do photography for Time magazine and high profile clients.
