Highly recommend. Hired to initially inspect and ultimately to replace entire HVAC system. In-depth inspection was really helpful to understand current issues and options - definitely worth it. Options explained very clearly. Very reasonable pricing. I was in a bind and JDL was able to complete removal of old system, install of new system and clean up in less than two days following inspection. Excellent and timely communication throughout from responding to my initial inquiry all the way through the point of letting me know when the final county inspection was complete. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on knowing exactly how to save our clients time and money. We charge a $89 fee for repair diagnostics that is credited towards the services you would be informed of and choose to go with. Due to the nature of repairs and replacements varying in solutions and therefore time, difficulty, and access of equipment it is hard to give a standard price for all repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, our clients can look forward to having one of our experienced technicians quoting any service or repair they may need following a diagnostic/booking fee before choosing to have any services rendered and can look forward to most repair and maintenance needs being taken care of same day/visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified by National Balancing Council and Member of ACCA, with members of the team specializing in adjacent fields of work.
