- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free in home estimates if the Job is accepted by the client. I like to charge hourly when possible, because it is the most transparent and usually ends up saving the client money vs. a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea of the full scope of work so i can be prepared, and where possible provide an in home estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked under a Master Plumber/gas fitter and Master electrician for 12 years before venturing out on my own. I have certifications for every major appliance brands as well.
