very good first experience. one cleaner showed, and arrived early (though I was told to expect two cleaners) which is rare for cleaning services. the quality of cleaning was great (three hours for three bedrooms and two bathrooms). I appreciated the cleaner removing their shoes (very rare for cleaning services) and i hope the next time two cleaners can come and include the fridge during cleaning.

Deeply disappointed with Alomo Cleaning Service and will not be using them again. We hired them to do a deep cleaning of our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home three days after a party. Our home was already in reasonably good condition as we did a pretty thorough cleaning prior to the party and cleaned again after. There was no substantial dirt or mess anywhere. We gave clear instructions and requested items such as clean out the refrigerator, scrub the bathrooms including tubs and shower doors, dust, clean windows, mop and vacuum floors. The results were consistently below standard. Despite reducing their workload by removing an entire bedroom from the list, basic tasks were simply skipped. The rug under the dining room table, which was completely accessible, was never touched. We had to walk them back through multiple areas and request re-cleans before they left. Puddles of water were left on the bathroom floors from the subpar tub cleaning and never wiped up. Had we not done a walkthrough ourselves after they initially said they were done, far more would have been left unfinished. This is not professional-level cleaning. I've used other services and know the difference between a genuine deep clean and surface-level work. The good reviews led us here, but our experience did not reflect them at all. One of the cleaners had to keep pulling up her leggings. I shouldn't have to see your her behind while cleaning. Definitely not worth the price we paid. If you're considering this company, save your money.
