Natali Cleaning Service LLC accepts that it can be that once in a while one or two things are overlooked during cleaning, as such we will entertain, complains only brought to our attention within 12 hours after the completion of cleaning. Our most preferred system is for the client to walk through on job completion, point out concerns and we address them there and then.
